About the Role The Benefits Analyst role at Flowserve is part of the Human Resources function and focuses on administering benefits programs, ensuring effective service delivery to employees and accuracy of benefits data. What You'll Do
- Administer benefits programs, enrollment, changes, and related employee inquiries.
- Maintain data integrity, run benefits reporting, and support regulatory/compliance activities.
- Collaborate with vendors and HR partners to resolve issues and provide excellent service to employees. What We're Looking For
- Interest or experience in benefits administration; strong attention to detail and data accuracy; good communication skills.
