Job Overview
The Beneficiary Services Representative is a Client Service and Sales support position, fully responsible for servicing and supporting internal and/or external clients primarily through inbound and outbound phone calls and adhering to Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures for Citi’s Investment and/or Banking clients.
The Beneficiary Services Representative takes ownership of the full beneficiary process to provide a seamless, best in class, experience for our clients’ beneficiaries.
