About the Role A Behavioral Health Clinician in the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Program provides psychosocial assessments, treatment planning/monitoring, and discharge planning to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness in community settings. Works under clinical supervision and may serve as a team leader to deliver intensive, coordinated mental health treatment.

What You'll Do

  • Provide professional therapeutic services to persons with mental illness and/or addictive disease.
  • Coordinate services for an assigned group of clients and optimize appointment scheduling.
  • Conduct face-to-face comprehensive assessments of psychiatric history to identify problems and service needs.
