About the Role Join Sally Beauty as a Beauty Advisor/Sales Associate to create memorable shopping experiences for customers, helping them with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. You will apply product knowledge and Sally Beauty training to guide customers on their beauty journey and drive sales while delivering excellent service. What You'll Do
- Build relationships and inspire loyalty with customers.
- Recommend additional and complimentary products.
- Inform customers of current promotions and events.
- Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
- Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in Sally Beauty Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
