About the Role The Sally Beauty Advisor/Inside Sales role is to create a memorable shopping experience for customers by helping them with beauty products across hair color, cosmetics, skincare, nails, and related services. The advisor builds relationships, supports customers through their beauty journey, and participates in Sally Beauty training to convey product knowledge and culture. What You'll Do
- Build relationships and inspire loyalty with customers.
- Recommend additional and complimentary products.
- Inform customers of promotions and events.
- Set up advertising displays and merchandise for promotions.
- Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in the Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
- Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
