About the Role Sally Beauty Advisor is an inside-sales role focused on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers in Sacramento. You’ll assist with hair color, cosmetics, skincare, and nails, applying product knowledge and Sally Beauty culture to help customers on their beauty journey. What You'll Do
- Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
- Recommend additional and complimentary products.
- Inform customers of current promotions and events.
- Set up displays and merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
- Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
- Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
