About the Role The Sally Beauty Advisor (Inside Sales) role focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience for customers, helping them with hair color, cosmetics, skincare, and nails. You will build relationships, guide customers on their beauty journey, and promote Sally Beauty culture and loyalty programs. You’ll receive product knowledge training and support from the store team to deliver exceptional service.
What You'll Do Build relationships and inspire loyalty. Recommend additional and complimentary products. Inform customers of current promotions and events. Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events. Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program. Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
