About the Role Byron Center Family Medicine is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join their busy practice. The practice is in Byron Center, MI just south of Grand Rapids. As a member of the care team, you will join four physicians, four Advanced Practice Providers, RN Care Manager, LMSW Social Worker, Pharmacy, and a team of highly functioning support staff. What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive family medicine care as part of a busy Byron Center practice.
- Collaborate with four physicians, four Advanced Practice Providers, RN Care Manager, LMSW Social Worker, Pharmacy, and support staff.
- Participate in care coordination and patient-centered care within Corewell Health Medical Group. What We're Looking For
- Required – Bachelor’s Degree.
- BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Michigan license to practice as a Physician (MD) or Osteopathic Physician (DO) upon hire.
