About the Role
- We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Banquet Executive to oversee the seamless planning and execution of our private events, conferences, and formal gatherings.
- In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between our clients and the operational staff, ensuring every detail—from floor layouts to menu execution—aligns with event requirements and high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Coordination & Planning: Serve as the main point of contact for clients leading up to and during events; translate client requirements into detailed Event Order/Banquet Event Order (BEO) sheets.
- Event Operations & Oversight: Direct floor logistics, seating arrangements, audio-visual setups, and table configurations ahead of functions. Supervise live setup, service flow, and teardown.
