About the Role Join Epic's culinary team to prepare scratch-baked goods for service across our campus. You will assist in production needs like scaling, scooping, portioning, plating, and packaging, while helping manage bakery displays and serving our house-made gelato. You'll have opportunities to interact with the Epic community and contribute to a collaborative, world-class bakery environment. What You'll Do
- Prepare scratch-baked goods including bread, pastries, and desserts for service across the campus.
- Assist in production tasks such as scaling, scooping, portioning, plating, and packaging of bakery items.
- Manage bakery displays and serve house-made gelato; engage with the Epic community.
- Collaborate with the bakery team and other culinary staff in a state-of-the-art facility.
