Back Mechanic
As the Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Mercedes-Benz trucks and other company vehicles to ensure optimal performance, safety, and minimal downtime.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and carry out preventive maintenance on Mercedes-Benz trucks and other company vehicles
- Inspect engines, transmissions, braking systems, suspension, and other mechanical components to identify faults and recommend appropriate repairs
- Perform routine servicing, parts replacement, and vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with safety standards
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and collaborate with fleet operations to minimize vehicle downtime
- Ensure tools, equipment, and the workshop are properly maintained while adhering to health, safety, and company standards
