About the Role Als B2C Team Lead tragen Sie die Verantwortung für die Führung eines B2C-Verkaufsteams innerhalb unserer Sales – Field Force Organisation an den Standorten Mainz, Wiesbaden, Trier und Koblenz. Die Position ist ab sofort verfügbar und zunächst auf 2 Jahre befristet.
What You'll Do
- Führen, Entwickeln und Coachen eines B2C-Verkaufsteams innerhalb der Field-Force-Organisation an den Standorten Mainz, Wiesbaden, Trier und Koblenz.
- Zielorientierte Steuerung der Teamleistung, Coaching, Feedback und individuelle Weiterentwicklung gemäß dem Entwicklungsplan.
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Funktionen (Vertrieb, Marketing, Operations) zur Umsetzung der strategischen Ziele.
- Beitrag zur Transformation in Richtung einer rauchfreien Zukunft.
