ArcRelay Ops is a field service management software platform built for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service businesses.
We’re hiring an experienced Outside Sales Representative to meet contractors, build relationships with local suppliers, attend industry events, conduct product demos, and bring new customers to ArcRelay Ops.
As an early sales hire, you’ll also help improve and refine our sales process based on what you learn in the field.
What You'll Do
- Visit HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies
- Call ahead and visit contractor suppliers
- Build relationships with contractors and industry partners
- Attend trade shows and contractor events
- Generate and follow up with leads
- Schedule and conduct product demos
- Secure commitments to begin a 2-week free trial
- Hand trial setup and onboarding to Customer Success
