About this role
About the Role The Azure Data Engineer will join Zurich's Risk Accumulation Management Platform (RAMP) team on a 1-year assignment. The role focuses on designing scalable data architectures and robust pipelines that power critical risk decisions, leveraging a modern Databricks-based platform. You will help evolve the risk accumulation data model and work closely with data engineering and API development teammates. What You'll Do
- Design and implement the target data model for risk accumulation, covering both location-based catastrophe exposure and non-location-based lines, including full exposure history.
- Architect and develop data ingestion ETL pipelines to migrate data from legacy accumulation data sources into a modern Databricks-based platform.
