About this role
About the Role AVP, Claims Account Manager in Sompo's North America Insurance Claims team. This role supports claim accounts within the Midwest Zone, managing acquisition, maintenance and renewal of accounts, and delivering tailored claim service to clients and brokers. The position may also contribute to our Broker Claims Advocacy Council initiative to strengthen broker relationships. What You'll Do
- Build and manage relationships between claim operations, clients, brokers, and business partners to ensure strong service delivery and collaboration
- Support business development by preparing competitive proposals, assisting in client/broker presentations, and aiding Underwriting with marketing and claims-related needs
- Oversee client service execution, including timely contract completion and resolution of contract, billing, and funding issues
