About the Role Gettysburg College is seeking a full-time AV Support Technician to install, maintain, and support audiovisual systems across enhanced classrooms and other AV-enabled spaces. The role also manages inventory, coordinates AV setups for events, and provides user training and support, reporting to the Associate Director of Campus Life. What You'll Do
- Installing and supporting AV equipment in enhanced classrooms and other AV-equipped campus spaces
- Performing preventive and cycle maintenance of enhanced classrooms and all AV-equipped campus spaces
- Troubleshooting and resolving AV issues in enhanced classrooms and other AV-equipped campus spaces
- Administering and supporting videoconferencing systems
- Maintaining accurate equipment records in the inventory system, including modifications, additions, and deletions of individual pieces of equipment
