Auxiliar de IT
Objetivo: Asegurar el adecuado funcionamiento de los sistemas informáticos del hotel mediante la atención y orientación técnica a usuarios y clientes, así como la ejecución de actualizaciones, mantenimientos y acciones preventivas, contribuyendo a brindar una experiencia de conectividad acorde con los estándares de la marca Pullman.
Funciones:
- Brindar soporte técnico a los usuarios, orientando y resolviendo consultas relacionadas con el sistema operativo Windows y los sistemas de gestión hotelera, así como ejecutar las actualizaciones correspondientes, de acuerdo con las políticas de la sede.
- Ejecutar el mantenimiento preventivo de los equipos informáticos, de acuerdo con el plan anual de mantenimiento de IT.
- Gestionar las facturas de proveedores del área y mantener el control y seguimiento correspondiente.
