About the Role We are seeking an experienced Automotive Accounting Assistant to join our team at Southern 441 Toyota in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. This full-time role focuses on processing deposits, uploading products, and reviewing documents, with responsibilities across dealership accounting processes. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule and 40 hours per week. What You'll Do
- Process Daily Deposit
- Upload After Sale Products
- Process Cancellation Requests
- Maintain Schedules
- Review documents for compliance
- Assist Billing Clerks
- Dealer Trades
- New and Used Vehicle Purchases What We're Looking For
- At least two years automotive experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer Service Skills
- Time Management Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Month end schedule flexibility Nice to Have
- Reynolds & Reynolds Experience Preferred
