About the Role The Automation Technician is a technical expert responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and optimizing advanced manufacturing automation systems in a high-volume distribution and production environment. This role requires extensive experience in industrial electrical systems, PLCs, robotics, motion controls, sensors, and automated material handling. The Automation Technician serves as the technical resource for complex equipment issues and is expected to diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and controls-related problems. What You'll Do
- Lead troubleshooting and repair of industrial electrical systems up to 480V, including motors, drives, transformers, control panels, and power distribution systems.
- Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled equipment using Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and other industrial control platforms.
