About the Role Join P&G's Automation team as an Automation Team Leader in Brantford, Ontario at the Greater Toronto Fulfillment Centre (GTFC). This is an on-shift role that may require early morning, evening, and overnight shifts. You will lead technicians and equipment in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment to deliver high-quality products and sustainable results. What You'll Do
- Drive Operational Excellence: understand and execute HS&E and Quality foundations; own and manage a DMS for the Line.
- Act as a coach for the EO to drive progress, ensure flawless SWP execution and improve standards.
- Propose and implement solutions that streamline processes, eliminate failures, and reduce manual intervention.
- Facilitate the integration of new digital tools and technologies within your team; provide training and support to ensure adoption.
