About the Role We are seeking an experienced Automation QA Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks for web applications, APIs, and system integrations, supporting enterprise applications for Scotiabank. This hybrid Toronto role requires collaboration within an Agile environment and mentoring the QA team to drive quality engineering best practices. What You'll Do
- Lead QA teams (5+ years) with test strategy, planning, and end-to-end quality assurance activities.
- Hands-on designing and maintaining automated test frameworks for web, API, and integration testing using industry-standard automation tools.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, test automation, defect management, and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Mentor QA team members, analyze problems, and promote quality engineering best practices.
