About this role
About the Role The Automation Engineer will support the integration of new equipment for the integration of NPI projects, define optimal operating parameters, and train teams to release processes into control. You will work closely with the NPI process engineer on the production line at Molex Guadalajara to quickly address issues related to design, machines, tooling and functionality. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with design and operations to ensure that the voice of the process is represented in new and enhanced designs and improved designs
- Participate in development of controls standards and specifications by feeding back lessons-learned and gaps from each project to ensure that future projects will run smoother
- Troubleshoot controls-related downtime events on production lines as a priority
