- Im Store fallen je nach Tageszeit, Wochentag und Saison verschiedene Aufgaben an. Hier ist deine Flexibilität gefragt!
- Ein Kunde fragt dich, ob das Oberteil auch in einer anderen Farbe oder Größe verfügbar ist oder welcher Gürtel gut zu der neuen Hose passt – hier kannst du Auskunft geben und mit einer fachkundigen Kurzberatung weiterhelfen.
- Du unterstützt aber auch bei der Warenverräumung, sorgst für eine aufgeräumte und saubere Verkaufsfläche und für die Einhaltung der C&A Richtlinien, welche du vorher kennengelernt hast.
- Nicht nur in Stoßzeiten übernimmst du Kassiertätigkeiten und wickelst Reklamationen oder Warenumtausche schnell und kundenorientiert ab.
