An Auditor role within the Oil & Gas sector based in Warri, responsible for executing internal audit activities, evaluating controls, and driving compliance and audit process improvements across the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evaluate internal controls
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews
- Report control deficiencies and recommend improvements
- Monitor implementation of audit recommendations
- Engage stakeholders and improve audit processes
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's is an advantage)
- Professional qualifications: CIA, ACCA, ICAN, or a final stage candidate
- 5–8 years' experience in internal or statutory audit
- Knowledge of auditing standards, risk management, and internal controls
- Strong multitasking and interpersonal skills
