About the Role Rawle & Henderson LLP seeks an experienced Attorney to join our team in NY Workers’ Compensation defense litigation. This fully remote role lets you work from home while handling challenging cases for clients in New York and surrounding states.
What You'll Do
- Represent clients in Workers’ Compensation defense cases
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
- Draft legal documents, including motions and briefs
- Attend hearings and mediations (virtually when possible)
- Collaborate with team members and clients remotely
What We're Looking For
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active New York bar admission for a minimum of 5 years
- Workers’ Compensation experience preferred, but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
