About the Role IQVIA is seeking a mid-level attorney to join our corporate in-house team as Attorney 1, Securities. The Attorney 1 will report directly to the Assistant General Counsel, Securities, and will work closely with our Finance, Treasury, Investor Relations, and Sustainability teams to prepare SEC filings and provide counsel on issues related to SEC compliance, governance matters, capital markets transactions, joint ventures, sustainability reporting requirements, legal entity management and general corporate law. This is a high-visibility role with exposure to senior management and strong growth opportunities. What You'll Do
- Assist with public company securities law compliance and preparation of SEC filings, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, Proxy Statements, 8-Ks, and 33 Act registration statements.
