About the Role Join Johnson & Johnson's Orthopaedics team as an Associate Precision Manufacturing Technician in the Supply Chain Manufacturing group at our Grecia, Costa Rica site. This role focuses on precision manufacturing and fabrication operations to support Orthopaedics products within MedTech, helping bring safer, more effective solutions to patients. What You'll Do
- Support fabrication operations for Orthopedics at the Grecia, Costa Rica site.
- Perform precision manufacturing tasks following standard operating procedures to ensure quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production schedules and quality targets. What We're Looking For
- Experience as an Experienced Technician in Fabrication Operations (S1) or equivalent.
- Willingness to work onsite in Grecia, Costa Rica.
