About the Role iCapital is seeking an Associate to join the Platform Operations team. This role sits at the center of iCapital's mission, focusing on enhancing operational scalability, driving innovation, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional support experiences to iCapital clients and partners. The ideal candidate will become an expert and advisor on the iCapital platform while striving for operational excellence. The role is highly collaborative, with a strong focus on improving clients' overall satisfaction and operational processes as a team. What You'll Do
- Develop an in-depth understanding of all interfaces on the iCapital platform, ensuring the seamless launch of fund launches, recurring client activities, and ongoing health of our alternative clients with key relationships with wirehouses, RIAs, and IBDs.
