Associate People Services Advisor
The Associate People Services Advisor serves as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, managing requests through the ticketing system in accordance with defined service level agreements (SLAs).
This role supports end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, HR programs, and policies, while delivering HR operational and transactional support to employees and line managers in alignment with company HR practices and local employment regulations.
Note: This is a non-renewable 6-month contract role (Maternity Cover)
Key Responsibilities

Act as the tier 1 support for HR transactional queries, providing guidance to employees and line managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, employment changes, transfers, promotions, and offboarding processes.
