About the Role As part of our Retail team, the Associate Manager is responsible for creating a client experience that reflects the brand ethos while building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving sales through outstanding service. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury, travel, fashion, and lifestyle markets and thrives in an entrepreneurial retail environment with opportunities to grow. What You'll Do
- Meet and exceed individual and store targets for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture.
- Demonstrate initiative, plan and prioritize work, think strategically, and champion change; take pride in performance and meet deadlines.
- Training and Development: help teach others through roleplay and coaching; support Store Manager with training and development; complete quarterly personal development goal-setting.
