About the Role The Associate Manager supports the Retail team at TUMI in Rocky View County, delivering a luxury client experience and driving sales. This on-site, part-time role focuses on building client relationships, achieving KPI targets, and coaching store colleagues to uphold brand standards. What You'll Do
- Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
- Display initiative, plan and prioritize, demonstrate strategic thinking, and champion change to improve store performance.
- Training and Development: Help teach training content through consistent roleplay and coaching. Monitor and assist the Store Manager with training and development for store associates. Complete quarterly goal-setting for personal development.
