About the Role As part of the brand's retail team, the Associate Manager is responsible for creating a client experience that reflects the ethos of our luxury brand while building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving sales through outstanding service. This is a part-time, in-store role (20-29 hours per week) based in the Denver Premium market. What You'll Do
- Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT, and Client Data Capture.
- Demonstrate leadership and initiative by planning, prioritizing, and championing change; take responsibility for performance and deadlines.
- Train and develop store associates through coaching and roleplay; monitor quarterly goals for personal development.
