About the Role Associate Manager, Procurement at BIC World (Indirect Procurement) supporting North America. Focus on IT, HR, Travel, and Professional/Intellectual Services. This is an individual contributor role partnering with cross-functional teams and strategic suppliers to execute procurement strategies and drive cost savings.
What You'll Do
- Support the implementation of category strategies and translate them into actionable sourcing projects (RFQs, tenders, supplier initiatives)
- Manage and optimize spend across assigned indirect procurement categories (IT, HR, Travel, Professional Services)
- Drive sourcing activities, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management
- Collaborate with stakeholders across North America
- Track and report savings performance vs. targets and support financial alignment with budgets/AOP
