Associate Manager Orders & Requests

A role within BIC World, based in Sofia, Bulgaria, the Associate Manager Orders & Requests leads the Orders & Requests function within the Order To Cash line of Group BIC Services. The position supports the Poland, Slovakia and other entities by ensuring timely and effective management of customer orders and requests, staffing and developing a team of Orders & Requests operators, and coordinating with local and European stakeholders to achieve service level objectives and ongoing customer satisfaction. The role is accountable for the day-to-day management of the associates handling Order to Invoice and Customer Care, delivering timely, efficient, and accurate customer services, and supporting the team to meet established SLAs while pursuing continuous personal and professional development for team members.
