About the Role As an Associate Manager, 3PL within Wella's Supply Chain, you will oversee third-party logistics partners to ensure efficient, reliable distribution and fulfillment. This hybrid role is based in North Las Vegas, NV, and focuses on optimizing 3PL performance to align with business goals. What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day 3PL operations, performance metrics, and SLAs with external logistics partners
- Collaborate with internal Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Fulfillment teams to ensure on-time delivery and inventory accuracy
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs, improve service levels, and enhance efficiency
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements across distribution operations What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
