About the Role The ClearPar Loan Operations division is seeking a professional with excellent interpersonal communication, organization, and time management skills located in the US to join our global Loan Platforms Account Services Team. This role focuses on day-to-day operations, onboarding, and client support across multiple platforms to ensure data integrity and smooth onboarding. What You'll Do
- Onboarding, data research, and processing functions on the Loan Operations Team; review onboarding documentation, create and maintain entity identifiers, user and trade accounts across multiple platforms; assist clients on self-service functionalities; stay knowledgeable on platform integrations.
- Provide onboarding support for new clients, their team members, and accounts to ensure a smooth onboarding process across multiple products.
