About the Role The Associate Fuel Rotational Program in Puerto Rico is a 26-month development journey designed to build future leaders in Amgen's Operations organization. It blends leadership development with hands-on technical and business exposure across Manufacturing, Quality, Process Development, Engineering, and Supply Chain at Amgen's End-to-End Manufacturing Site in Puerto Rico. What You'll Do
- Complete a 26-month program consisting of one 10-month and two 8-month rotations through critical Operations functions (Manufacturing, Quality, Process Development, Engineering, and/or Supply Chain)
- Develop leadership skills and attributes with a blend of technical knowledge, business understanding, and soft skills
- Work with an experienced mentor, a coach, and a buddy system to guide your development
- Dive into new topics, ramp up quickly, and meet expectations and milestones
