About this role
Role Overview
- Coordinate maintenance work orders for ACS customers by dispatching technicians, monitoring work progress, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring service-level agreements are met.
- This role provides operational support from the OSSAJ Technical Services office in Iyana Ipaja.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch and schedule technicians and subcontractors.
- Monitor work orders from receipt through completion.
- Coordinate emergency service requests.
- Review technician reports and close work orders.
- Upload documentation to customer portals.
- Track operational KPIs and SLA compliance.
- Support scheduling and routing improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required in .Eng
- 1–3 years of experience in facilities maintenance coordination, dispatch, service coordination, customer service, or construction administration.
