The Packaging Engineer is responsible for the design, development, validation, and optimization of packaging solutions to ensure product and environment protection, cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and sustainability. The role collaborates across design engineering, manufacturing, quality, service, marketing, procurement, logistics, and suppliers to ensure packaging meets standards and customer requirements. What You'll Do
- Design and develop package solutions.
- Support packaging validation through simulated and physical testing methods.
- Collaborate with design engineering, manufacturing, quality, service, marketing, procurement, logistics, and suppliers.
- Prepare packaging specifications, drawings, BOMs, and customer-facing instructions.
- Support production and resolve packaging‑related issues as they occur.
