About the Role The Packaging Engineer is responsible for the design, development, validation, and optimization of packaging solutions to ensure product and environment protection, cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and sustainability. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging meets standards and customer requirements, and is based in Pune, India. What You'll Do
- Design and develop package solutions.
- Support packaging validation through simulated and physical testing methods.
- Collaborate with design engineering, manufacturing, quality, service, marketing, procurement, logistics, and suppliers.
- Prepare packaging specifications, drawings, BOMs, and customer-facing instructions.
- Support production and resolve packaging-related issues.
- Evaluate packaging materials for performance, recycled content, recyclability, cost, and sustainability.
