About this role
About the Role The Data Document Management Engineer will support the Technical Asset Support (TAS) team's efforts to manage technical data, procedures, and engineering drawings across Shell's Upstream, Integrated Gas & New Energies (IGNE) and Downstream assets. The role focuses on document management, metadata accuracy, and high‑level quality checks within CMMS/EDMS environments to enable reliable asset information and standardization. What You'll Do
- Work in CMMS (SAP) and EDMS tools such as AIM‑EDMS / ASSAI / ACCONEX / UDOCs (Doc Management) to maintain and standardize technical data and documents for manufacturing sites, chemical plants, supply chain and distribution locations, with support on-site engagement & forums.
- Monitor the functional mailbox for Document Turnovers daily and prioritize completion based on asset standards and agreed criteria.
