About the role: The Associate Director, Product Marketing (ICHRA) executes the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) activities and localized launch campaigns for Oscar's Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) business. Operating with a balance of 70% execution focus and 30% tactical strategy, you will translate insurance plan design and technical digital features into clear messaging frameworks and multi-audience sales enablement assets.
