About the Role Optum Bank is seeking an Associate Director of Deposit Operations to provide operational leadership for the Bank's growing deposit portfolio, digital banking capabilities, and strategic growth initiatives. The role translates business objectives into scalable operational processes, drives readiness for new products and services, and collaborates with Product, Technology, Compliance, Risk, Treasury, and Operations to achieve operational excellence and regulatory compliance. The position requires residing in or near Eden Prairie, MN or Draper, UT and being available to work onsite four days per week. What You'll Do
- Lead implementation and execution of deposit operations initiatives in support of the Bank's core operations strategy and expanding deposit product portfolio.
