The Associate Director of Development, Impact Finance & Markets at The Nature Conservancy leads a portfolio of individual, foundation, and corporate prospects to grow philanthropic support for the Impact Finance & Markets (IFM) priorities. The role includes donor discovery, developing and executing prospect strategies, and deepening relationships with existing supporters to create opportunities for engagement and investment in conservation. You will collaborate with colleagues across the Conservancy to craft compelling proposals, coordinate donor strategies, and connect donor interests with high-impact conservation solutions. By fostering strong internal partnerships and engaging donors in IFM’s work, you will help secure the resources needed to advance conservation outcomes globally.
