About the Role Amazon's Legal Department is seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel to support portions of Amazon's global people experience (PxT), health benefits, corporate procurement, and operations supply chain teams. The role focuses on developing tools and processes to scale transaction support, negotiating business-critical agreements, and mitigating risks across dynamic global teams. You will translate complex legal challenges into actionable insights that advance Amazon's business objectives. What You'll Do
- Invent and Improve Transaction at Amazon: Use existing and developing tools to help structure an internal center of excellence that can negotiate contracts as a service for different legal groups.
- Negotiate Complex Agreements: Structure, draft, and negotiate sophisticated supply chain, licensing, and commercial contracts.
