Associate Client Advocate
Description: The Associate Client Advocate (ACA) is responsible for supporting the client relationship and the strategy development and execution at the insurance program level, in conjunction with a Producer, GCA, or CA on Large or Complex accounts or for leading the client relationship and strategy development and execution on Middle Market house accounts. The ACA coordinates WTW resources to provide service and placement to meet the client’s insurance and risk management needs. The ACA has a strong connection to the client’s business and fundamental understanding of its industry and is the client’s primary contact for ongoing insurance needs. The ACA supports opportunities to maximize the profitability of existing clients by account rounding and may support new business efforts.
