- Assist in departmental compliance efforts
- Coordinate department academic affairs and monitoring processes
- Coordinate the Senior Women's Administrators efforts in promoting the affairs of the female- student athlete
- Coordinate the departments Title IX efforts
- Assist with departments game day operations
Head Coaching Basic Functions:
- Supervise, mentor, and instruct student-athletes participating in intercollegiate (Sport)
- Development and implementation of practice plans
- Recruit student athletes for the (Sport) in accordance with NCAA bylaws and consistent with departmental philosophies and goals.
- Monitor the academic progress of the (Sport) student athletes.
