The Opportunity
As a Health Policy Implementation Associate Analyst, you will support the implementation of a program designed to improve chronic disease prevention and management for Medicare beneficiaries with chronic conditions. Working closely with senior project staff, you will contribute primarily to stakeholder engagement, application processing and analysis, recipient onboarding, and technical assistance activities. You will help develop recipient-facing communications and training and technical assistance materials; support outreach and engagement activities; and assist with tracking, synthesizing, and responding to recipient needs throughout the model lifecycle. This position offers significant opportunities to build expertise in implementation science, health communications, and federal program operations while working as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
