About the Role The Associate Financial Analyst LATAM will support the financial management of Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Peru and Export ensuring balanced responsibilities across all markets. Reporting to the Finance Manager LATAM, this role focuses on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L variance analysis, with special emphasis on SG&A, A&P, and licensing contracts. The position serves as a strategic partner to the Commercial and Licensing teams, contributing to budget control, financial modeling, and regional reporting. What You'll Do
- Prepare, analyze, and present revenue and expense forecasts for LATAM, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Manage and monitor the A&P and SG&A budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L variance analysis, identifying risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
