About the Role The role will manage subcontractor base for turnkey Mods delivery across CSA — strategy, regional sub pools, rate-card governance, onboarding/contracting/payments, competitive bidding, performance/safety/SLA, and cost/schedule control. The role will lead a team of Contractor Managers and be accountable for subcontractor OTD, rate-card compliance, safety/SLA and cost variance. What You'll Do
- Own subcontractor strategy, regional labor pools and rate-card governance across CSA.
- Develop preferred/managed subcontractor programs and a qualified regional bench.
- Onboarding, contracting & payments: remove friction that drives project implementation delays.
- Standardize master subcontract agreements, insurance, compliance and risk vetting of the sub base.
- Streamline subcontractor payment / AP processes in partnership with Finance.
